Boston25 intelligence reports: a malware attack has disabled a computer system with Childrens hospital affiliates, according to a spokesperson. The Pediatric Physicians organisation at Childrens (PPOC) reported a large outage affecting more than 500 primary charge doctors, harbor practitioners and physician assistants across the state. PPOC was clear to observe that the main hospital system was not impacted by the attack — only the affiliates, and even with them, it is not yet clear whether any protected health information was accessed or copied.
