It operates 57 metal and glass production facilities in 12 countries, employs more than 16,000 people with sales of approximately $7 billion. in 2018, Ardagh deployed Vectra Cognito AI solution. Vectra Cognitio AI uses machine Learning intelligence to key suspected attacker behaviors and then alerts certificate analysts. despite their investment in security at a time when many others were not so forward thinking, Ardagh recently fell prey to a ransomware attack. The firm has issued a press release: Cyber surety Incident Ardagh radical S.A. (the Group) announces that it recently experienced a cyber security incident, in response to which the radical promptly initiated defence and containment procedures, including pro-actively shutting down certain IT systems and applications. The Groups IT team, supported by external cyber security and other specialists, has been working to remediate this issue, while continuing to safely operate our facilities.
