On february 3, 2026, a file server breach was identified at Parque E�lico Toabr� S.A. (PETSA), the operator of Panama's first mountain twist farm with an installed capacity of 66 MW. A total of 39,729 files (175.44 GB) spanning the period from 2008 to 2026 were compromised. The breach contains scans of Panamanian national id cards (c�dulas) linked to 120+ individuals, full banking and financing documentation, EPC and PPA contracts, engineering documentation for a critical energy infrastructure asset and arbitration case materials. The interests of at least 10 legal entities from panama and spain are affected.
